I had the strange feeling of being in an eco-amusement theme park. The top, most expensive restaurants, if placed in other countries like Colombia, Mexico, or even Puerto Rico, would be rated as average. Through the years, young Americans and retirees have driven up prices, significantly affecting the culture and economy.
